About WPClientFeedback
WPClientFeedback exists because client feedback on WordPress sites still mostly happens in the wrong places — email threads, annotated screenshots, calls that start with "so on that one page." The feedback lives far from the content it's about, and even farther from the editor where someone has to fix it.
We built the tool we wanted on our own client projects: click the block, say the thing, fix it in the editor, resolve it, and see everything outstanding on one dashboard. And because these are client sites, the feedback stays where the site is — in the client's own WordPress database, not on a third-party server.
What we believe
Feedback belongs on the block. Not on a screenshot of the block. Pins attach to Gutenberg blocks, survive reordering and rewrites, and show up inside the editor where the fix happens.
Client data stays on the client's site. Self-hosted is not a limitation; for agencies it's the point. Nothing to add to a subprocessor list, no vendor holding your client's unpublished content.
The free version has to be genuinely useful. The free core is a complete internal review tool — pinning, editor integration, dashboard, notifications, backup — for unlimited users. Pro adds the client-facing and agency workflow: guest review links, approvals, white label, assignments, notification controls, review windows.
One license, not per-seat pricing. Feedback tools priced per seat punish you for involving people. Involving people is the point of a feedback tool.
Who's behind it
WPClientFeedback is built by WBI Consulting Group, a consultancy that builds and runs WordPress sites for clients. The plugin came out of our own review workflow before it became a product. We use it on every site we manage.
