WPClientFeedback vs Atarim
Atarim is a capable, mature platform, and for some teams it's the right choice. This page lays out where the two tools genuinely differ so you can pick with clear eyes. Facts and prices below reflect Atarim's public site as of July 2026; check their pricing page for current numbers.
First, a naming note. Atarim launched as "WP FeedBack" (wpfeedback.co) and rebranded in 2021, moving to a full SaaS model. WPClientFeedback is a different product from a different company, with no affiliation — and, as it happens, the opposite architecture.

What Atarim does well
Atarim has grown into a broad creative-collaboration platform: a central dashboard across many sites, task management, team workflows, integrations, and AI features. If you want one cloud hub that reaches beyond WordPress — and you're comfortable with client feedback living in that hub — Atarim is a polished option.
Where WPClientFeedback is different
1. Feedback stays in the client's WordPress database. With Atarim, comments about your client's unpublished site sync to Atarim's cloud. With WPClientFeedback there is no third party: the data sits in the same database as the site itself. Nothing to add to a data processing agreement, nothing to export when a client leaves, nothing offline if a vendor has an outage. Uninstall cleanly removes everything.
2. Feedback lands where the fix happens. Atarim's workflow runs through its dashboard. WPClientFeedback pins attach to the actual Gutenberg block, and those blocks show up badged inside the block editor with the thread in a sidebar. The person making the fix never leaves the editor. Anchors survive reordering, rewrites, and revisions; orphaned pins wait in an Unattached comments tray instead of disappearing.
3. No seats, no project caps. Atarim prices per seat per month, and each plan caps active projects — 2 on Free, 5 on Pro, 10 on Business as of July 2026. A five-person team on Pro is roughly $1,500 a year before overages. WPClientFeedback Pro is a flat annual license with unlimited users and no project caps; the unlimited-sites tier is $249/yr for the whole agency.
Who should pick which
Pick Atarim if: you manage feedback across non-WordPress properties too, you want built-in task/project management in a cloud hub, and per-seat SaaS pricing fits how you bill.
Pick WPClientFeedback if: your client work is WordPress, you want feedback attached to blocks and visible in the editor, your clients (or your contracts) care where data lives, and you'd rather pay one flat license than per seat per month.
